Versa not recording bicycle ride.

i purchased my Versa in April of this year, to use specifically when riding my bicycle (25-35 miles).DO NOT BUY A VERSA.  It will not record my bicycling.  I have contacted Fitbit at least 4 times.  Same answers, it’s a known problem with the Versa; we will send your inquiry to our higher team,  and more. Don’t waste your money.  They don’t stand behind this product. Should have gone with a Garmin or Apple watch in the first place.

@dgoquilter which of the 3 possible modes are you using? 

Letting Fitbit decide? 

Starting manually without the phone. 

Starting manually with the phone resulting in a map of the ride?

As soon as I get on my bike I go to exercise; select bicycle, and then start. It will not connect.
