I see numerous posts about these issues and not a single answer, even though the threads say "solved." I am this close to returning this FitBit and going with the VivoSmart instead. I have been a loyal FitBit owner since 2015 and I think this will be the last one I purchase with my hard earned dollars.
I have talked with tech support, deleted and re-installed the app, reset the Versa to factory settings and the same problems are occurring. I am extremely disappointed in this particular device. These problems just started happening a week ago and I've had this device for LESS THAN TWO MONTHS.
Steps aren't tracking
Floors aren't tracking
250+ steps per hour not tracking
FRUSTRATING.

I would contact Fitbit and ask for some type of resolution.
I assume that on the Versa no steps are being counted
We can suggest a restart or factory reset, sort can look at the back end of the tracker.
