Since the 5th June my Versa has not recorded heart rate, sleep or active hours. I have tried restarting, updating, changing settings everything that I can find, but nothing has made any difference, can you please advise how to get this fixed?

Let me help you with your Versa and thank you for troubleshooting this. It is really odd that you don't see any data on your account. When was the last time your Versa synced? Are you able to see your steps and active minutes on your account? Could you share a screenshot of your Dashboard? If your device is syncing but still no sleep, heart rate or active hours show then try a factory reset on your device. Just note that you will need to set it up again after this.
