I just brought the Versa yesterday. It was working fine. I noticed this morning that the green light was not on, and my heart rate was not being tracked. I restarted the Versa, I now have a green light, but still no heart rate. I reinstalled the app on my phone still nothing. HELP plz.

Hi @RoseOOPS , go to the settings of your Versa. scroll down to HR and switch it off. Restart your Versa several times and after that enable HR again in the settings. Normally this will solve these kind of problems. If it does not, call Customer Support about it. Regards kuzibri
