Versa not recording my times/steps on certain exercise equipment

My Versa recognized 20 minutes on a recumbent stepper (Nu Step) the first time I used it, since then, sometimes it recognizes it and sometimes it doesn't. My Versa also doesn't seem to know when I'm on a treadmill. It will record my steps but sometimes does not record the time I'm on the treadmill. I spent about 45 minutes today on a stationary bike, a treadmill, and a recumbent stationary bike but Fitbit says I only exercised for 11 minutes.

How can I fix this issue?

Hi @Loose_Lugnuts  Are you expecting Smart Track to automatically recognise these activities? It is unlikely to as they are not listed activities. But the good news is that you can use the exercise shortcuts to track these activities. If there isnt a shortcut available thatis close enough to what you are doing then choose 'Workout' and change the name in the app after it has synced.there are shortcuts for treadmill and stationary bike, so they should cover the exercises you are doing pretty well. Come back here if you need more information.
