Versa not recording my workouts

  1. Manually started "Kickboxing" to track
  2. Paused and then ended exercise at 35min or so.
  3. Versa and phone synced
  4. Exercise not tracked in the app or watch, but calories burned, steps, HR all recorded. Just not the exercise.
  5. Already uninstalled/installed the app
  6. Already reset Versa watch
  7. See screenshots below

i've had a similar incident where it was not only recording them, it wouldn't post them for 'Wednesdays Only'......it was strange plus i have another issue where I cannot change the face anymore......those are my two issues.....my one yay is the 'dashboard' seems to be able to sync up a few minutes faster but it still kinda lags........PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME CHANGE THE WATCH FACE Back to one I actually like..........=)
