Versa not recording sleep and not syncing

My fit bit Versa 2 has not recorded sleep in any form whatsoever. No hours, nothing. It's worked great up until the last reading on January 7th, 2020. I've read posts on this issue, but they seem to be older.

I tried changing the sensitivity in the app, but this did not make a difference.

Why the sudden problem? I wear this every single day.

I just this moment noticed that the app has

not recorded any steps since February 16th, 2020,

No heart rate since February 19th.

No exercise since February 29th.

Yes, I haven't checked these out in a while, thus I'm just realizing these issues in the past week or so.

I've never had an issue with since receiving this model last summer.

Anyone with any recent issues as well? Thank you kindly.

@two_girls Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with Versa 2. I appreciate the research done prior to posting.

I would like you to try the following:

- Sync your Versa 2

- Make sure you changed the sensitivity to Normal

- Try sleeping with your watch on your non-dominant hand

- Restart it

Regarding the data that's missing from your app, please try this syncing troubleshooting. It sounds like your watch isn't syncing and that's why you're not seeing your data transferred.

Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
