A few days ago, my Versa stopped recording sleep. There has been no issues with charging or position of the device on my wrist. I wake up and continually refresh to sync but no sleep records. Any help?

Hello @Sayanney, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, is your Versa reading your heart rate? Please go to the Settings app on your Versa and make sure "Heart Rate" is on. Now, if this seems to be OK, go to the Sleep Section of the online Dashboard and check if your sleep logs are showing up here, if they are, try the following in the app:
Now, if there are no logs in the Sleep Section, please restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, monitor it for the next night and sync it in the morning to check if the Versa starts recording your sleep again.
