Versa not recording steps

My fitbit versa is not counting my steps correctly... around half. 

I have tried factory resetting my fitbit uninstalling and reinstalling and I've made sure my software is updated. Any suggestions?

Hey @Jessie2149, it is great to see new faces around! Thanks for trying some tips to make your Versa count your steps. Let me explain to you how the wrist Fitbit trackers recognize your steps. Beside the stepping forward, your arms should be in movement so the watch can pick up your steps. Hi there, thanks for that but mu fitbit nad been counting steps perfectly and just suddenly it's not anymore

Thanks for your reply @Jessie2149! Is it counting other data like calories, floors, heart rate. etc? O is it not tracking anything at all?
