i have restarted it factory reset it didnt log any sleep has no heart rate either something is very wrong with it

Hello @SunsetRunner, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around.
I appreciate you have shared your experience with me, please note that sleep is recorded taking in consideration your heart rate. If the heart rate has been turned off on your Versa, that's the reason no sleep log (sleep stages) have been recorded.
At this moment I would like to ask you to go to the Settings app on your Versa and scroll down until you find Heart Rate, tap on it to turn it on in case it has been turned off when you performed the factory reset. Then, check if the lights on the back are flicking. If they are, use your Versa as usual and monitor it for the next night to check if it does record sleep.
In case you have turned on Heart Rate through the Settings app by you're not able to see the lights on the back of the Versa, please let me know so I can check this further.

have to get a replacement cause the sensor is not working at all and hasn't logged sleep or heart rate in 3 days
