I am not sure what you mean by you have restored the whole tracker? Have you restarted it? Try restarting several times in a row. If that doesnt get the heart rate working try a factory reset (in the Settings app on the Versa scroll down to About). If it still doesnt work after the factorybreset yoj will need to contact support (link in my signature )

It's great to see you here @SunsetRunner and @NellyG thanks for the input.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If your Versa isn't registering your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at this post where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.

Let me know the outcome. Man Happy

It's the same with the Ionic. I bought 2 Adidas devices, both of them riddled with faults. The worst one had every fault listed in the Ionic forums and the default answer from support... "Restart" or "Factory Reset". All of which were done multiple times before contacting them and do absolutely nothing to fix the majority of issues.

I only popped into this forum to see whether the Versa suffered the same kind of issues, and I think it's safe to say it does. Hope you manage to get yours sorted or a refund. I'm waiting to see if the place I bought them will accept the return

seems to be more of a software fail from the developers they always seem to mess up something and no cause to get a replacement is surely not worth it 229 dollar device 7 days for them to get it and then another 7 for them to send the replacement its really bad support they should ship them out faster

It's just so inconsistent between devices too. Some have one problem, others have multiple problems, some lucky people don't have any! I really liked the Ionic, but I'm not sure I want to run the risk of buying 2 more for them to be exactly the same as the previous ones. I looked in this forum thinking I might try the Versa instead, but I don't think I'm willing to run the risk of getting buggy Versa's either! I liked Fitbit, I like the app, but think it's time to try something different
