Now my BPM is not working. It won't even turn on. Anyone else have new issues?

It's great to see you participating in the Community @SMKEEN.
If you are having issues with your Versa registering your heart rate, I recommend taking a look at this post. There you will see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it. You can also try the restart process.

I contacted customer support last night after it stopped working all together. I had condensation in my versa from swimming and the device stopped working all together. Mailed it in to them today for a replacement device. Back to wearing my garmin until the new one arrives. Thank you for your time.
