Versa not responding after factory reset

I have tried holding all 3 buttons for more than 3 minutes and it's still not coming on. When I did the factory reset, the battery was charged to 89%. I left it on the charger since the reset but I don't believe it's charging either. I tried holding the 3 buttons down several times and nothing is working to have it come back to life.
