I reset the data with the button “reset”. The device has shut down completely and does not respond at all. Icon did not appear. Is it finally broken? Because the reboot buttons do not help. Charger too.

I'm not sure what your saying @Mia06
When you say that you reset data, does this mean that you did a factory reset of your Versa?
What was the problem that made the decision to do these steps?
Have you tried putting the Versa into its powered charger?
Have you held in the left and lower right buttons?
I'm not sure what icon your referring to.

I dropped the data because my smart watch was lagging after the update. The Fitbit icon should appear after the data has been reset. But after the reset, I got a black screen. I charged more than 1 hour but still it didn't respond at all. No button is signaling. Although my device is less than a year old.

I have no idea of what is meant by dropped the data or even reset the data. Once data is sent to Fitbit, nothing done to the tracker will remove it from Fitbit.
Did you do a factory reset?

On my tracker in the settings was a button "about" there was "reset data". After that the data cleared but the screen went off and I could not turn it on anymore.

Ok this is essentially a factory reset to be used when transferring the tracker to a new user.
You still can't get it to turn on? Have you contacted Fitbit?

No I can not. So I contacted support. I was told that my device needed to be replaced because the algorithm of action they offered did not solve my problem. Unfortunately
