Versa not responding after factory reset

I did a factory reset on my Fitbit versa now I can't get it to work how go I get it to come back up

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting your Versa before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Ya me to I haven't been able to do anything with it hope this wasn't a big wast of 250 $ i spent on it

The green lights are not flashing, display only reads a red circle with an X in it, and "Data not cleared Sync & try again".  That won't clear.  I can't get to the clock face or any settings in the Versa 2.
