Had a swim in the pool today. Not Fitbit Versa 2 not responding at all. No vibrations, no lights, try to restart with all 3 buttons and just left one few times

Thank you for all the details that you've provided regarding the problem you've experienced with your Versa 2 not responding after you used to swim in the pool.
I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this (since the Versa 2 should be swim proof), but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.
