My son's versa has not turned on at all since he went swimming with it last week. I've tried charging with two different chargers, tried all factory reset suggestions. No screen display, no lights, nothing.
Can you help?

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you can see water droplets inside the Fitbit? Maybe just moisture that can confirm that water got inside the device? Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
