I tried a factory reset to my new Versa as I wanted to install it on different mobile.
I went from settings option.
just after that it switched off and never on again. I tried a lot even spoke to customer care they told me some troubleshooting steps I tried everything but it’s not turning on.
Please let me know I could I replace it from India.

Hi, since this is a new Versa and does not do anything at all anymore after a factory reset, I still would advice you to contact Customer Support about it and because it's still under warranty. Once one the Support page, you see on top of it on the left side "Call us" , press that and you will see the phone number to have to dial to talk to someone in person. The other possibility is: Click on the same page on the botton on the right side "Troubleshooting" and press it. Choose the Versa as your watch and scroll down to the end of the page you got after clicking the Versa and it will say "Let's talk" and press "Get support" and you will be able, maybe there is a waiting time for it, to chat with someone. Good luck and do not give up untill you get a replacement.
