I reset my fitbit versa to factory setting, since then it won't restart, have tried the 3 button and nothing...please help.

Hi @Tantan01 , did you feel a strong vibration after having performed the Factory Reset? If yes, the FR succeeded and it's logical that your Versa will not restart, cause essentially it's a new watch now and needs to be setup all over again within your Fitbit app to load to Fitbit OS on your Versa. If you do not have felt the strong vibration after the FR, try it once again with the three buttons method, otherwise call Customer Support about this issue. Regards kuzibri

@Tantan01 welcome to our Fitbit Commnity! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Verswa since it won't restart even though you have tried a factory reset before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try one more workaround which has been helpful for this type of issues.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if your Versa turns on properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
