Versa not restarting after shutdown

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Versa suddenly stopped recording my activity etc so I wanted to reboot the watch. Doing "press left button and lower right" doesn't work anymore since the left button became a shortcut. So via settings: shutdown. Now it won't restart anymore.  Not by pushing buttons, not by putting it in the charger.  Last time I had this problem (last year?) I had to wait a few DAYS before the battery went flat before it wanted to recharge... anyone an idea?? Drives me crazy

I had the same problem too with my battery not lasting too long, from an email from support one way was to shut down which I did last night and now my versa fitbit won't turn on. Had to find another watch to use but all my watches the battery is dead....ugh

Let your battery go completely flat (can take a day or two).  Put it in the charger afterwards, and woosh you'll see that it will say "0%".  Wait a bit (quarter of an hour) and tick it... the fitbit logo should show up.. Mine works again (not always as it should... but it works)

Thanks but that didn't quite answer my question, I shut off my fitbit and couldn't turn it back on. Finally got a hold of them via phone and was finally able to fix it. For some reason after shutting it down it killed my battery so had to restart my phone then was able to recharge my battery.  Word of advice don't use the shut down button to save your battery life.

no it doesn't . Strange, I didn't have to restart my mobile (android).. but had to wait till the versa couldn't anymore.  Helpdesk couldn't help me.. they said restart the versa but that isn't possible anymore since the last update (left button only there for shortcut). But yours works again.. so does mine since yesterday..
