My Versa's display went completely blank 2 days back and the battery also started draining fast. Today morning, the battery was completely drained, however when I tried to charge it, it was not charging and the watch is not restarting.
Had a similar problem, my battery drained completely and would not charge. Have now managed to get it restarted and is charging. Did this by holding the back button and bottom button at the same time after a 10 seconds a picture of an empty battery with 0% on it came up. I put my watch straight on the charger after a while the Fitbit logo came on and it started to charge. Go on to help.fitbit.com and see instructions on how do I start my Fitbit.
