Versa not seeing WiFi and not giving notifications

All of a sudden my Versa isn’t able to connect to the WiFi and I have tried all the suggestions from older posts. I even set up my Versa all over again.

Also I can not choose what notifications I get on my Versa. I go to my account, Versa, and click Notifications. When I do that it does nothing at all. It doesn’t bring up a menu for me to choose what notifications I get.

Help please!
