I have a Versa and I put a pin on it, only because I use the wallet. Well, my 4 year old granddaughter had it and now it shows”Unlock with Your phone”. I have tried the factory reset but when I press and hold the button that above message appears. I need help with this Please!! Thanks

Thank you  for the information. My issue is that my device isn’t setup anymore so I can’t go to the device
