Versa not setting up with my Samsung Galaxy S5

Hi,

I am not able to connect Fitbit device to my phone, I can pick it via Bluetooth then connecting after a few minutes, i must try again later. It has been 4 days trying to link it up. Kindly advise what can i do.. I have followed all the instructions as required.

Hey @SinayeN, welcome aboard! The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a compatible device so you shouldn't have  inconveniences when trying to set it up. To make this process faster, I suggest you to try to use a Wi-Fi connection instead of doing it via Bluetooth. Also make sure that your phone is updated to the latest OS.  Please take a look at the instructions in this help article: How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi? Then please make sure to follow all of the steps in this other article to successfully pair your watch.
