Hi,
I am not able to connect Fitbit device to my phone, I can pick it via Bluetooth then connecting after a few minutes, i must try again later. It has been 4 days trying to link it up. Kindly advise what can i do.. I have followed all the instructions as required.

Hey @SinayeN, welcome aboard! The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a compatible device so you shouldn't have inconveniences when trying to set it up. To make this process faster, I suggest you to try to use a Wi-Fi connection instead of doing it via Bluetooth. Also make sure that your phone is updated to the latest OS. Then please make sure to follow all of the steps in this other article to successfully pair your watch.
