Versa not showing Calling notification with Samsung A50

Hello dear FitBit Community,

 

I just bought versa 2 days back, since that day my versa isn't showing calling notifications, or if showing then its taking 10-15 seconds after call is being in notification in mobile.
Notification probability is 2 out of 20 times which shows on versa after 10-15 sec of delay or either it don't shows and only shows missed call after call got missed in mobile.
Rest all is okay - I have turned ON all the notifications from App and mobile.

Kindly suggest what to do.

or either if the problem can't be solved I would return the product to amazon.

Thanks for your revert - I would like to inform the that the forum link which you have provided is related to IOS not android.
Please see it according to an android phone specially Samsung A50 ?

@Neha2101 I apologize for the misinformation about the link provided.

 

I'm afraid to say that the Samsung A50 is not listed in the Supported devices list. This may be the reason why the notifications are not working properly.

 

I would like you to submit a compatibility request of this device in our Feature Suggestion board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.

Hi Juan,

 

Thanks for your suggestion - I will put this in your Feature suggestions board but I want to know how long it will take to sort out this issue.

Because I have a amazon refund offer for 10 days started from 18th Oct and if problem will take time in sorting then I would prefer to return your product.
Using the product without calling notification is just useless kind of situation.
Just let me know if you can help out in some short tenure ?

 

Also let me know if I just replace this specific piece with another new versa then is there any probability that it will start working ? Because if its a compatibility issue then it might will remain in each of your product as my phone is same always .
