Hey @Spinnerella, welcome aboard! Since active minutes are related with your heart rate, I'd like you to tell me if your Versa has been accurately recording your BPM. In addition, I'd like you to review our wearing tips, specially if you are exercising. If everything is fine with the heart rate monitor on your Versa, please note that, if you experiencing an inconsistency with active minutes, let me explain to you that  our algorithms detect subtle differences in exertion that may explain why two seemingly identical activities result in different active minute totals. For example if you took a brisk walk along the same route two days in a row, differences in your speed and exertion levels (e.g. out of breath vs not out of breath, etc) will cause different active minute totals for the two activities. Also keep in mind that active minutes are only recorded for activities that last 10 minutes or longer.

Because our trackers primarily track movement through the use of an accelerometer, they more accurately detect active minutes for step-based activities (brisk walking, running) than non-step based activities or activities that require more than steps (yoga, tennis).

For further information about active minutes, please take a look at this help article.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes!

Mine is counting them in the app but I can’t access from my Versa like I could with my Charge 2. I thought it was showing me last week but I could be wrong. Did you fix this, and if so, can you see them on your tracker?

This problem only started after i got a flash uodate for the watch. On too of that the flash also mucked up tge versa ability to display txt messages and incoming calls.

Sorry but what they are saying makes no sense. If your heart is elevated and you are involved in movement that is an active minute. So what they are saying is rhe watxh will wait 10.minutes to decide if you are being active? Garbage its a bug fix it!

Hey @Steph_110, I hope you are doin' fine! Swipe up from the clock face on your watch to access Fitbit Today, which tracks up to 7 stats. Among them, you can see this:

- Steps taken today, calories burned, distance covered, floors climbed, active minutes, and goal history over the past 7 days.

@Bungobuns, welcome aboard! Your Versa will start counting active minutes after 10 minutes of moderate to intense activity. Less that that, it will not do that. Now in regards of the text and call notifications, I'd like you to take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications.

Let me know how it goes!

I found all of that but I just want the basic activity steps for the day. When they got all fancy they added a bunch of stats I don’t need on my device. I like being able to monitor total daily minutes so I can see more easily when I’ve done enough consecutive minutes at a time to add to my daily exercise minute intervals if that makes sense. I’m sure I can figure this out through all the excess info they provide instead, it’s just harder and a hassle. I’m used to cycling through that info quickly right where I can access total steps, HR and calories burned.

Thanks for your answer @Steph_110! Let me see if I understood. So you don't want that all your stats show on the display on your Versa, right? You'd like to get, as the main stats, active minutes, is that correct? If so, I could suggest you to reorder the tiles. To do this, press and hold a row, then drag it up or down to change its position. Then you'll see those that are more important to you, at the beginning.

Keep me posted if you have further questions!

That would be great if I could choose to get active minutes, total steps and heart rate on my Versa face if there is a way to do that. I don’t need calories burned on there so if i could trade that for activity minutes, that would be great but I don’t know how to do this. I know how to reorder tiles in the app but that doesn’t seem to correlate with the 3 stats they are choosing to show me on the main screen of my Versa. I see where you can change the clock face in the app and it may be that some of these allow for different or more stats. I haven’t really looked through them closely as I really liked the default face that came on it. If you can explain how I may be able to adjust the stats I’m seeing, I’d be most appreciative though. Thanks so much for taking the time to respond.
