Versa not showing active minutes.

Hi, for a few days now I’ve noticed my versa isn’t showing my active minutes. Everything else is showing except this, any ideas?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, have you restarted your Versa lately by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? If so, when you open the Fitbit app and your Versa syncs, are you able to see active minutes here? Are you tracking activities using the Exercise app in the Versa or is your Versa auto-detecting exercises? This information will be very helpful for us to check this further and determine what we should do next.
