Versa not showing active minutes

My Versa2 is suddenly not showing the minutes on the dashboard of my watch. It shows no activity even though it says I did 7k steps yesterday, went paddleboarding, etc.

Hi @ColletteMcMack, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it's not showing or tracking active minutes.

 

I'd like you to restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your active minutes.

 

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks active minutes properly.
