Versa not showing activity in Today app.

I did an elliptical workout and my Versa has no data. See pic

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for including a picture on your post. Judging by the picture, you're looking at the Today app by swiping up on the clock face, so at this moment, I would like to ask you to go to the Fitbit app and sync your Versa. 

 

Then, tap on the Exercise tile and check if your Elliptical activity is showing up here. If the data for the activity is showing up, that means the Today app might need an update. Inside the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Versa > Apps and check if there's an update available for the Today app. 

 

I there's no update, restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, then check the Today app again.

Hi, I’ve already done that. It is showing the same data. 0 data. I worked out for at least 15 mins and nothing recorded in the app or watch. This happened yesterday. Turned watch off updated app still 0 data. 

 

UPDATE:

Also this has not been solved. I mistakenly hit the solved button

Thanks for coming back and let us know you've already tried the troubleshooting steps provided earlier. At this moment, as you mentioned you have already restarted your Versa, I would like to ask you to monitor your next exercises and if you come across this issue again, please let us know. 

 

In the meantime, manually log in the activity that did not show information in your watch or the app so you don't lose this information.
