Hello,
Maybe this will help me get my question/issue resolved since we can't email support. I have a Versa and at first the touch screen wasn't responding, I updated it yesterday, tried changing the watchface and restarting and it didn't help. Then overnight the display cut off completely and wont come on at all. I can turn it off and then it looks like it's slightly glowing but nothing else happens. Any suggestions on what else I cna do to try and fix it.

this exact thing happened to mine this morning (it’s three weeks old). Put it on charge last night absolutely fine and this morning no display but could still feel the vibrations and it was still counting steps etc! Phoned customer care and they are sending out a replacement. I have since looked online and have seen that a lot of other people have had the same issue!! Hoping the replacement doesn’t do the same thing 😞
