Hi all my apps are gone on my versa except for alarm. But the apps are still there in the app but just not the device. What should I do?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tell me, is your Versa syncing correctly? Have you restarted your watch lately by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? If so, I would like to ask you to take pictures of your Versa and reply to me with them so I can check this further. This will be very helpful.

Hi,
I am having the same difficulty.
When I use the bottom right button it just shows Alarm app. I have tried the reset suggested, but still the same issue.
The standard apps still showing on the Fitbit App on my phone.The Versa is synching correctly.. daily activity etc. shows on my phone ap.
Do you really need picture? When clicking on the bottom right button> Alarm icon appears briefly then the app opens to.. Set an Alarm

I am having the same issue. I have restarted, it’s syncing properly but not seeing apps via the device.
Any additional suggestions?

I have issue with Versa 3, can not see the Apps (such as Barcode) in Fitbit phone App.
