Versa not showing brightness and screen wake options

I went to adjust my brightness and change my screen wake and it won’t give me the option. ??

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you don't see the options to adjust the brightness and change your screen wake on your Fitbit Versa. I recommend restarting your watch by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

If the issue persists, try switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
