Versa not showing calories burned

my versa is not showing the calories burned in the exercise part of the dashboard.

It just appears with a line

I have reset the watch. Downloaded the app again and checked all my syncing and this is still not showing.

 

This is a very important feature i need to see and it is not showing.

Is there.an issue with the app because if not i will be returning the watch as this is a major fault

This seems to be a long running issue that fitbit are aware of. As I understand it the calories will show if you select the exercise to go into the detail, but will not show on the summary.

Thankyou for your reply Steve.

I have read all the forums about this issue and it seems to be a problem with the App.

 

This really isnt good enough from Fitbit. You would think they would have a successful app running for the amount of products they have.

 

I think i will take it back and go with another fitness tracker.
