I would restart it and see if that corrects the problem.

Hi @Clare42. If the reset did not work, you may want to try turning it off completely ... waiting a few minutes ... then pressing any button to turn it back on.
Please let us know if this works.
Edit: I just read your latest post about going back to factory settings. At this point, I suggest you contact Support.

Hello @Clare42, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you around @SunsetRunner and @ACG, thanks for all your help.
@Clare42, I appreciate you have let us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far in hopes to resolve your issue. As you have already restarted and turned off the Versa, my best recommendation would be turning the heart rate monitor on the watch by going to your watch and tapping on the Settings app. Scroll down until you find Heart Rate and tap on it to turn it off. After that, wait for 5 minutes and turn it on, then check if your current heart rate is showing correctly. If it is, your resting heart rate will adjust accordingly.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
