I have had Versa for 3 weeks and it was working fine the first 2 weeks and now is acting up. It won't show correct steps on watch. It will show on the app. I even did a factory reset in hopes that would fix everything. It also doesn't show steps per hour and heart rate. I am very upset spending this kind of money and it doesn't work. I did a 2mile walk yesterday and that disappeared. Any one else have problems?

My Versa also hasn’t been tracking my steps accurately. It will miss hundreds at a time. I have tried resetting it but it only temporarily fixed the problem.
