My Versa is not showing the daily excercise I am doing, although it is showing it in the app on my phone.... so it is capturing the info, and sending to the app, but not showing it on the watch screen.
The Versa says 0/5 days of exercise, but the app says 5/5 goal met.
Likewise, it is the same for sleep...
The sleep is not logging the individual nights sleep, nor the breakdown of the different types, but it is logging the weekly average sleep.
????? Any help to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

Hi, this seems to be a Versa problem and not a Fitbit problem. So, try restarting your Versa mutliple times in a row (sometimes this will takes 5 to 6 restarts) by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit Logo and release the buttons. Good luck!!

I have the same problem. I tried turning the watch on and off several times, more than 5 times, the problem persists.

I just noticed essentially the same problem today, too.
Watch shows 0 of 0 days of activity, while my app correctly shows 2 of 5 days.
Sleep is logged on my watch, along with individual stats - but they do not match what is in the app.
In all cases the app looks to be accurate, while the watch is not.
I don't notice this problem with any other stats.
iOS 12.2, Fitbit app is latest rev, and Versa is at 33.1.30.

Slight correction:
Sleep and other are logged by the watch, but the Sleep data displayed on the watch is from 2/26/2019; approximately a month and a half ago. Looks like it's frozen.
Any help to clear this up and get it working again would be much appreciated.
