Hey,
Did the latest update the other day and since then my green sensory light has stopped working therefore not showing my heart rate.
The heart rate is enabled on the device have tried switching that on and off as well as resetting the device numerous times.
Any help would be appreciated

Did they resolve your issue? I had the same issue since the update with my versa. I contacted customer service got hung up on twice. Did the chat, walked through all the steps to reset my watch, factory reset my watch, made sure my heart rate monitor was on. Then they said I was out of my warranty because it is 1 year and 4 months old, I got it as a Christmas present on December 2018. So they sent me a link for 25% off which is the sale they are running for Mother’s Day. So I called customer service again waited for 30 minutes to talk to a real person to explain all of this happened after their update so why should I have to buy a new Fitbit, when their update messed up my working watch!!!! He said he would get back to me yesterday and never did.
My green light stopped working, steps only a quarter of them being counted, heart rate not working, sleep tracker not working. The only thing working on this watch is the time, and text coming through such a waste!!!

Well that’s good. I’m happy you were able to get it replaced. I guess I’ll just be out with a non working Fitbit till I can get a new one. This is ridiculous!

No, Fitbit (there new FIRMWARE download) broke my watch and since I have owned my watch for 1 year and 3 months, it’s out of warranty. So they aren’t going to replace it. I was given a 25% discount off a purchase of a new watch. Just an absolute insult and just ridiculous that Fitbit will not make this situation right, after it was their doing, and I have prove my watch stopped working completely after the FIRMWARE update!!!!!!!!
Don’t update watch or let it update, if it is out of WARRANTY!!!! Fitbit will not make it right or fix it!!!!!!!!
