My Fitbit versa stopped showing my heart rate and sleep hours.  How do I correct ?

Is there a software update due out? This is what customer service keeps telling us. I have restarted so many tomes I have permanent button dents in my thumb and finger. I removed the device and added it back in. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled then readded my device then turned off HR saved and turned back on then I restarted again.....so is there a software update due out?

It clearly states you need an RA for warranty service but the link "here" sends you to the home page. Then I opened a chat only to get attitude.

Garmin has been great so far. I got the fenix 5s, the built in GPS picks up almost immediately (within 1-2 mins) versus my old forerunner took 10mins +. Syncing to iphone is flawless. The app is not as good as fitbit's, and I have less friends on garmin connect, but I mostly sync to Strava (which fitbit always failed at syncing to, multiple times for weeks) anyway. Battery life is pretty good too! Very happy.

Bought a Forerunner 35 and works flawlessly. It was less money and included the GPS. The heart rate may not be 100% accurate and it took a little while to get used to the software but not even a glitch since I purchased it.
