Hello,

I do receive notifications and most of my contacts show up on the fitbit with the full text but one.

that one contact is the most important one (my husband) and I would like to see his full message. but instead it just says "1 unread".

I use the Samsung galaxy s8..

no idea how to fix this..

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

I believe this is a limitation with how some Android notifications are displayed. It may be handset specific (Samsung) as I remember this happening on my Galaxy S6, but can't say I've experienced it on my LG G6. The problem seems to be that when you receive multiple notifications in the messages app, they become grouped together as you described (2 unread, etc). Unfortunately I couldn't find any way of changing this.
