I am thinking I missed a setting somewhere. Because since I got this replacement and it's been updated, it seems any text messages, I get will only give me the options of Open (open text message app on my phone so I can reply) or Close (actually dismisses the text on the tracker).
I don't have the option to quick reply, although I did at one point less than a month ago before I got my replacement. Any ideas anyone please? If it means anything, I am and have been using Textra with no issues until now. Thanks for any help.

@Vstanto1 For Button 2 choose "Android In line Reply" not "Quick Reply"

You seem to be on the right path. Not sure what else to change. But let me ask, what do you have under Customize Notifications-Heads up Notifications-Style when Unlocked....
Mines is set to Android Heads up

Quick Replies DO NOT currently work for IPhone at this time. You can receive messages but cannot reply to them.

@Malaki Quick Replies won't work with Apple phones. Apple won't allow it. Only Android phones running Android 7 or higher can use Quick Replies.

@Lisab0878 What phone do you have and what operating system is your phone running. If you are Android, you need at least Android 7.0 to be able to use the Quick Reply option. Not having the In-Line reply option suggests that your phone might not be running Android 7.0.

I have a samsung 9+ and versa. I used to get message notifications on my versa using textra and the quick reply option was working. I am no longer getting any message notifications on my versa. I already have the textra app set up with the customized notifications mentioned. I even unsynced my versa and resynced it as well as restarted my phone. I get other notifications like phone calls without any issues.
Any suggestions?

@SunsetRunner Quick Reply is not an option for iPhone. Apple will not allow it to happen.

it is actuay very strange because in the description it standa very clear that it can be used also from Iphone. I look just on the app in itselff and it actually stands very clear that it works. Why then it is this confusion?
