my fitbit versa does not show the sleep data as well as active minutes , i tried everything factory reset disconnecting from the app but nothing works .. please help

Hey @guru101, welcome to the Community! Thanks for trying a few tips prior posting. I'd like to know if your Versa is just tracking your basic sleep info or is it not tracking any sleep information at all?
