Versa not showing snapchat notifications

Ever since the update earlier this week I havent been receiving notifications on my versa for snapchat. I still get notifications for texts/calls/Instagram but nothing is coming through for snapchat. I have deleted the app and reinstalled as well as restarting my versa a few times. Anyone else having issues?

Hello @Saramdlt I'm not sure which update. Fitbit app, Snap Chat app, or tracker update, or which phone you may have? 

Have you checked the App Notifications in the fitbit apps settings.

I am having the exact same issue! I've restarted my Fitbit several times, resynced it and redownload snapchat but nothing has worked.

Hi @Saramdlt and @Pricklycactus1 , as @Rich_Laue has asked it would be really helpful if we knew what firmware version your Versa is on.  What app version do you have and whether it is IOS or Android and possibly also Snapchat version.

My versa firmware is 32.68.9.15 and I have an android phone so therefore the android app. 

I have tried going into the app and adjusting my notification settings and they are on for snapchat but still nothing.

Mine and my roommates have been doing the same thing. Getting notifications for texts/calls/fb but nothing from snapchat. It happened after the recent firmware update I believe.

Sorry! I have the Samsung s10 plus.. my fitbit versa is on firmware 32.68.9.15.

Snapchat is completely up to date as well.

I've checked all the settings on my phone / fitbit app / snapchat to make sure all are set to receive notifications/ vibrate.. still nothing

Thanks for that, I assume you are on at least Android 9?  Only thing I can think of is that is an issue with Snapchat if you are getting notifications from your other apps.

I've updated everything on my phone and looked through all the notification settings...I dont know how itd be an issue with snapchat? But idk. & my phone is on the newest software as well.

Sorry, another update..

I am able to receive snapchat group message notifications but I'm not getting any individual messages or snap notifications. Weird.

Yep ive just noticed over the last few days that snapchat isnt coming through yet fb messages etc are? Cant get my head around it. Using s10 plus

I have the same problem,  I get group notifications.  But not individual ones

I have this issue as well. I have a moto z2 force and my Fitbit, Snapchat, and phone are all updated. I'm not even getting group messages.

I have the exacts same issue on my ionic, after a firmware update I get all notifications just not Snapchat, I get group chat notifications but not direct messages.

Mine is doing the exact same thing! All other notifications work fine. All apps are up to date, I tried deleting all of them and reinstalling, I even did a factory reset and unpaired the versa from my acct and nothing worked. Version 32.68.9.15

I've been having this same issue for a month or so I think. updated my apps and everything. just got a new phone, s10 note+, thought maybe it was my last phone but it's still not working?

Still broken.    No snap notifications.   Lame as hell
