Versa not showing stats on watch

I have reset and shutdown my versa and it still won’t give me the stats on my watch for sleep, food, or female health. Starting to get really frustrated with it. I have never noticed it not tracking before now. I have cleaned the sensors as well.

Hi @JustinCorin. Welcome! It's great to see a new face around. I'm sorry for the delay.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried prior posting. Just to confirm, do you mean that the tiles under Today app aren't updating? If that's correct, may I know if those stats are still updating correctly in the Fitbit app? Please try removing your watch from the Bluetooth settings, open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Versa > Sync Now. Wait a few minutes and check your details on you watch.
