Under setting the heart rate is on but it’s not showing on the main screen or step count either. help!

That could be a function of what clock face you are using.  Different clock faces show different things.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

When I first starting using my watch it was displayed, recently it is not showing Also this week it is not updating it self date and time???
