My Versa is not syncing the correct time to apple phone!! Updated everything, still no joy. Why?

How much is the time out by? Have you checked that you have the right time zone in your settings?

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your time? If you do, this may be fixed by updating the time zone setting in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please see the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?.
If your time zone setting is correct, simply sync your watch to see the current time. For more information about syncing, see the article How do Fitbit devices sync their data?.

My app does not have the icon you are referring to!!!

And I said, I do not have that icon on my app.

Also, form dashboard from fitbit.com, Advanced Settings not accessible.
Screenshot not available, but there is now pull-down menu under advanced settings.
