Versa doesn't show the kms covered during run unless i use the fitbit app on phone

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you noticed this and how many times you experienced this situation? Are you using the exercise shortcut on your device or our SmartTrack feature to auto-recognize the exercise? This is occurring only with Run exercise?
In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa and if possible, please send me some screenshots for a better understanding of this situation. You can refer to this post to do so.
