Versa not showing the same time as the phone

My Versa is not showing the same time than my phone app. What must I do?

@myversa Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Versa ins't displaying the same time as the app. Have you synced your Versa with your phone? Syncing will update the settings including the time. Also check the timezone on your settings and make sure it is correct.

Yes, I have synced already many times. It stays 1 hour behind my phone.

@myversa sorry for the delay in my reply. Are you still having issues with the time displayed on your Versa? Please share a screenshot your phone's timezone settings and the Fitbit app timezone settings. You can also try changing the timezone on your Fitbit app to a different location that also has the same timezone (like selecting another city that is in the same timezone).
