Versa not sinc my exercises

Hi all. 5 times a week i do some kind of workout. I have either cardio or waights. My puls reaches to cardio and pic but Versa is not recognising that I'm doing exercises! I can't truck how many calories I burn when I'm doing training. I tried many ways to risolve this problem 😔

If you use the Exercise App to start and end the workout, it will always be recognized.

See How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? 

On wrist, scroll right from clock face to Exercise.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
