Versa not starting after a factory reset

Received this watch in the last month under warranty.

Programmed new watchface and sent it to Versa and it worked fine but in fitbit phone application it says the application has not fully loaded and kept saying switching.

Decided to try a factory reset on Versa and the watch went blank and nothing seems to bring it back to life. Had it on a charger for over 24 hours. At one stage just as I started the charger it showed 0% but that went away and no display since then. Before I downloaded the new watchface the Versa had at least 60% charge so I have no idea as to what set the battery to 0% unless it had something do do with the factory reset. Have tried disconnecting the versa from the phone but it will not allow reconnection as it cannot find the Versa. Removed Fitbit from the phone and reloaded but this did not help at all. Have tried to turn phone on ie Left and top right button, help for 30 seconds - did not work. Tried another Factory reset but nothing happens - no logos after 60 seconds. Versa is totally dormant. Please help as I have run out of options

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Hi

Just responding to the email sent about my problem with my Versa not
starting up again after a factory restart.



The Heart Rate lights on the back of the Versa are not showing any lights at
all.

I read the article you suggested about the Versa not charging and Have
checked all the points. I have even used another charger from my old Versa
and it still has no effect
