Versa not starting and I can not restart manually

Hi all, 

 

My versa has just turned off unexpectedly.  Charged it again (not that it needed it) and it still will not start up.  Have tried to start manually no joy!  really frustrating as this was a xmas present.  Help please!!!!

@MacFB have you tried pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes? If that does not help, try pressing all 3 buttons until logo flashes (might take up to 3 minutes). Also, you could try plugging it to USB port on your computer for a few hours.
